SKIN CARE OBSESSIONS
As it gets towards the late summer, it is time to start transitioning to more hydrating skin care for the fall without making you greasy and break out. You also need to make sure that you are still protecting your skin from the sun. There are three products that I love for this time of year. You can find where to purchase all of these amazing products in our What We're Loving section (because I really do love them).
Kiehll's Ultra Facial Cream with SPF 30
This amazing, hydration daily moisturizer smooths and nourishes your skin while protecting it from the sun's harsh rays, leaving you with gorgeous skin. I recommend daily use in the summer and on hot days when you are outside for extended periods of time, you should still add a stronger sun scree (like the Pacifica version mentioned here). This lotion will still not be too heavy on your skin and cause you to break out.
Kiehl's Powerful Wrinkle Reducing Eye Cream
Even if, like us, you are still in your 20's, you need to make sure that you are taking amazing care of your skin so that is ages gracefully. This eye repair cream is perfect for reducing bags and preventing wrinkles. It may sound like a lot of product for someone in their 20s, it does amazing work without being overpowering. I tend to sleep very little and I work constantly, so a wrinkle reducing cream is truly ideal. You can purchase it on Amazon (Prime shipping is the best) here or click the image.
Odacité Po + R Serum Concentrate
I originally picked up this lovely Serum at Valise Boutique and Apothecary in Saint Paul while discussing my incredibly dry skin. You use it once per week to hydrate your skin and it leaves you with an incredible glow. The easiest way to apply this serum is to mix 2-3 drops in your daily moisturizer (like the one above) and apply to your face. For a more intensive treatment, like later in the winter months, you can use it on its own. Click the image for where to purchase this amazing serum.
